Thank you very much for making time to meet up and talk with me on my recent trip to the States. I was most interested to find out about SF Net and to put it into the context of my other research into developments in media. 

I am now back at the BBC putting together a programme proposal which should lead to a special for BBC Television next year. If that happens I hope you will not mind if I contact you again when we come back to do some filming. Whatever the outcome, I know the information and insights I gained will certainly contribute in more general ways to my work as a producer with a special interest in these fields.
